- Mechanical and Electrical repairs
Our OEM service experience should save you down time and cost by providing you with thorough technical engineering and troubleshooting services. We repair and service single and dual columns, gantry type, small table tops, rotary tables and vertical CMM machines.
- Calibrations and Certifications.
We provide machine calibration to original manufacturing Specifications using Laser and Ball-Bar to ISO standards. We provide cost efficient machine certification services to ASME B89.4.1 and ISO standards using certified Step Gage, Gage Block and Ball-Bar. We also perform calibration to Tutor, PC-DMIS, Virtual DMIS, Capps & Edges, CMM Manager and other machine software interface products.
- Moves and Installations.
We provide CMM detailed foundation planning and work hand in hand with our customer riggers and personnel to save you cost and time. We also can do it all in terms of machine tear down, packaging, Trucking, Install, tune up, setup and calibrate upon delivery.
- Retrofits and Upgrades.
We have access to various manufacturers software and control interface for your CMM. Our aim is customer satisfaction and fundamental requirements. We can provide you with probe system, scale and encoder, controller interface, electrical system, mechanical drives and machine application software retrofits or upgrades.
- Preventative Maintenance.
We provide enhanced machine preventative maintenance program services for your CMM. Programs based on or to reflect machine functionality and condition, manufacturing product quality, shop or laboratory environment and its age.
- Consultation. We provide complete free consultation services to our current calibration customers in relation for acquiring new or used CMM products. Our aim is customer satisfactory to meet your budget and expectations.
- Contract Services.
We're offering customers with annual CMM service contracts for repairs, calibration, certifications, and Preventative maintenance. Custom CMM contracts for CMM 3rd party suppliers. Our goal is to keep your machine intact to run and function to save you cost and down time.
- CMM Application Support.
We provide on-site Tutor for Windows and PC-DMIS application training and support. Also through our affiliation members we provide advanced application and part programming support.
- Renishaw Parts and Accessories.
We offer sale and upgrades of new and used Renishaw products such as RBE exchange programs and Probe retrofit kits installed for Ph9 or PH10 system.
- Sale of Used CMM Machines and Equipments.
We offer web base advertise listings for our current customer machine base of equipment's for sale. We offer consultation services to locate machine of choice for purchasing and also, provide on-site machine inspection services prior final purchase and closings.
- 3rd Party Contract Services.
We're offering 3rd party CMM service contracts to various 3rd party suppliers and contractors stretching through out US and Canada. As a team member affiliated with many groups, we can find anything we want and everything that customer requires in terms of demands and satisfaction. | |
