Metrology Services and Certifications

We provide machine calibration to original manufacturing specifications using laser and Ball-Bar to ISO standards. We provide cost-efficient machine certification services to ASME B89.4.1 and ISO standards using certified Step Gage, Gage Blocks and Ball-Bar. We perform calibration services to Tutor, PC-DMIS, Virtual DMIS, Capps, CMM Manager and Leitz machine software products.

We provide detailed CMM move planning and work hand-in-hand with our customer riggers and personnel to save you cost and time. We also can do it all in terms of machine tear down, packaging, trucking, installation, tune-up, set-up and calibration upon delivery. From Sterling Heights to Chicago and Cleveland to Grand Rapids, we can move your equipment safely and timely from point A to point B.

Equipment Retrofits and Upgrades

We have access to various manufacturers software and control interfaces for your CMM. Our aim is customer satisfaction and fundamental requirements. We also can provide you with probe system, scale and encoder, controller interface, electrical system, mechanical drives and machine application software retrofits or upgrades.

Preventative Maintenance

We provide enhanced machine preventative maintenance program services for your CMM. Programs are based on machine functionality and condition, manufacturing product quality, shop or laboratory environment usage and its age.

CMM Consultation

Whether your company is in Cleveland or Indianapolis or in-between, we can provide complete and free consultation services to our current calibration customers. Our aim is customer satisfaction to meet your budget and expectations weather its service or purchasing CMM.

Contract Services

We offer annual CMM service contracts such as repairs, calibration, certification and preventative maintenance. We also offer specialty CMM contracts to our 3rd party affiliates and suppliers. Our goal is to keep your machine running and functioning to save you cost and down time.

CMM Application Support

We provide on-site services for Tutor for Windows and PC-DMIS application training and support. Also through our affiliation members, we provide advanced application and part programming training and support.

Renishaw Parts and Accessories

We offer sales, upgrades and retrofit of new, used or RBE exchange Renishaw probes and product programs for PH9 and PH10 systems.

Sale of Used CMM Machines and Equipment

We offer web-based advertising listings for our current calibration customer’s interested in listing machines and equipment for sale. Also consultation services for locating machines and products of choice for purchasing, and we also provide on-site machine inspection services prior to final purchase and closing.

3rd Party Contract Services

We’re proud and honored to have provided 3rd party CMM service contracts to various 3rd party CMM suppliers and contractors stretching throughout USA and Canada. As a team member affiliated with many groups and suppliers, we can locate everything that our customers require in terms of machines,  products on demands and final satisfaction.
